More Eaters

Fluffy should be done by the end of the week, as long as I don't end up with too much of a workload on me. Just got the basing to finish off, then going to be doing some characters for the next game. Then I may shift to doing a few more of my Iron Hands, try and get a couple of squads done for them.

Anyhow here's another World Eater for you all to look at :)

Time for some more World Eaters. This is the last of the squads I've managed to get painted up.

Now I'm getting pretty close to getting 'Fluffy' finished, it's been a long hall, not in the painting just trying to find the time to get anything done, what with work, helping at a local school, and making up two school websites. Add in a bit of tutoring, and some sleep and that's all I seem to be doing at the moment.

We have been discussing the next big game, and it sounds like we are going to be bigger and better than the last, with home grown characters leading the various factions, and rewards on the heads of our guys. The table is going to be double the size with a castle, big forest area and an evil temple. But more on that later. Now some pics...

Eaters 2

Here's squad 2 of my World Eaters. The scheme for these guys is a rather simple one, and something that I can paint up pretty quickly. When I was painting them I think I was getting through a squad per week. Which considering days like today when I've just been in work from 9.30am till 10.15pm I think that's pretty good going.

Raptors

Tonight I have some more World Eaters for you to peruse. This lot is my Raptor Squad.

Now I hate the looks of the GW Raptors, to me they just don't fit in well with the Chaos range, so I decided to make up my own using Assault Marines, World Eaters, Chaos Marines and some Maximini Backpacks.

The unit leader has to be one of my favorite miniatures in this force.

Well hope you like them, and don't worry, I will have plenty more Dark Elves coming as well as some other bits. I'm a Fantasy nut first and foremost so won't be leaving them for long. I'm currently working on something large and furry for them, which I'll hopefully have done by the end of the week, work permitting.
